1. Scope & Architecture
This Privacy Policy governs all interactive knowledge assets, parametric rule matrices, and technical documentation hosted across ConfigurationLogic Atlas. Our mission is to provide open-access configuration frameworks without intrusive behavioral profiling or indiscriminate tracking.
By browsing this platform, analyzing product variant schemas, or submitting technical support inquiries, you acknowledge the systematic data stewardship protocols described in this document.
2. Information Collection
We distinguish between automatically recorded system telemetry and voluntarily provided correspondence.
A. Technical Ingestion
- Client IP address & ISP location
- User-agent & browser build version
- Screen resolution & WebGL capabilities
- Referrer URL & navigation sequences
B. Voluntary Disclosures
- Name & business email address
- Organization & engineering role
- CAD variant feedback & rule submissions
- Direct inquiry messages & attachments
3. Parametric Telemetry & Rule Execution
Interactive matrix evaluators, logic calculators, and product family tables execute primarily in client-side runtime environments. Session variables generated during interactive logic testing are stored temporarily in memory and are not compiled into persistent user-identifiable profiles.
Aggregated analytics on logic error paths and configuration rule validation rates are audited to refine our documentation clarity and verify engineering fidelity.
4. Cookies & Local Session Storage
We utilize lightweight technical cookies and HTML5 LocalStorage strictly to sustain essential platform performance:

5. Third-Party CAD Integrations
ConfigurationLogic Atlas references public CAD standards and variant modeling methodologies including Onshape schemas. When viewing external interactive CAD model viewports or sandboxed iframes, independent security headers and third-party vendor privacy frameworks may apply.
We do not transmit your personal credentials or contact records to external CAD providers when you view our comparative documentation.
6. Security & Data Retention
All communication channels are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. Technical logs are stored in hardened cloud environments and automatically pruned every 90 days.
Inquiry correspondences received through formal contact channels are retained for a maximum duration of 24 months to satisfy audit and reference continuity requirements.
7. User Rights & Access Controls
Subject to regional legal statutes such as GDPR and CCPA, you retain full sovereignty over your personal data:
-
Right of Access: Request complete disclosure of any personal data stored in our repositories.
-
Right of Rectification: Amend or correct erroneous technical or organizational contact information.
-
Right to Erasure: Enforce complete deletion of correspondence logs and voluntary submissions.
-
Right to Object: Restrict processing of telemetry parameters at any time.
8. Regulatory Inquiries & DPO Notice
For formal data subject requests, compliance verification, or concerns regarding telemetry handling across ConfigurationLogic Atlas, please submit an official request through our contact channel.
